Welcome to Military Spouse Chronicles!
Many times we hear the stories of our heroic service members, or the glossed over view of what life is like when you’re married to a service member. You hear about the world traveling, the once in lifetime experiences of living in England or Hawaii, and being able to reinvent yourself with every new move.
However, what you don’t hear is what life is truly like when you peel back the glossy finish – the struggles of spouses being under and un-employed, having to leave their favorite careers, holding our crying kids as they say good bye to their best friends for yet another move, and the depression that comes with being stationed at the place we prayed we would never get orders too.
These here are the stories of living the military lifestyle through the spouse perspective.
