After the 2018 peak season I was tired of seeing post after post of my friends and other having a PCS (permanent change of station) experience that was less than stellar.
Damages. Loss. Theft.
It all happened. So I took to social media with an open letter that turned into a petition and started the process of advocating for positive changes to the PCS process.
From asking the tough questions to senior Army Leaders at various AUSA forums, to working with members of Congress, briefing the office of the Second Lady Mrs Pence, to working directly with Transcom on an Advisory Panel.
I am honored to be nominated this year for the Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year award for my continuing work in advocating for these positive changes.
Having your continued support means the world to me, and I would appreciate your support in voting for me. I will continue to push this issue, bring awareness to this broken system and advocate for the positive changes needed.
You can vote each day through February 12, 2019 from each email/device.
